Over the course of his career, Richard spent nine years as a senior consultant in the IT sector, including two years heading a team at Booz Allen Hamilton. He has also spent 15 years as CEO of his own company, which has offered him a deep understanding of the challenges that corporate leaders face. He has worked in a coaching capacity for many years, supporting executives in organizations such as Cisco, Sophos, Cap Gemini, and Novartis.

Alastair Duns
Alistair is a learning and development consultant and a former professional yachtsman, with over a decade of building, coaching and leading race teams across the globe.

Andre Persad
Andre is a maritime leadership and safety advocate. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in the maritime and shipping industry across various roles globally.
Andre coaches leaders on their approach, their style and their influence on the team. He helps them to see how even incremental improvements in their own leadership effectiveness can bring visible benefits for the individual and the organisation, leading to greater profitability, competitiveness and employee retention.

Caroline Ribeiro-Nelson
Caroline is an experienced psychotherapist, executive coach, consultant and trainer who has been working in the fields of mental health and wellbeing and employee assistance support for over 25 years.
She has extensive practice in executive management and has worked for corporate, public, and charitable organisations. She has a proven track record of working in partnership with businesses to identify, assess, create and deliver effective mental health and well-being development programmes, based on an alignment of meeting the needs of employers and employees.
Caroline holds advanced diplomas in existential psychotherapy, life coaching, mindfulness and a bachelor of social science in psychology and politics. She is trained in creative personal and professional development, intercultural business training and moderation and stress management.

Dr Jonathan Katz
Dr Jonathan Katz is a high-performance coach and consultant psychologist, whose experience includes a wide variety of senior advisory and coaching positions in high-performance sport and business environments.
He has been the UK psychology lead for the British Paralympic Association and its National Governing Body squads; as well as providing individual and team psychology support and coaching at Paralympic Games: World, European and Commonwealth Championships and World Cup tournaments.

Dr. Liz Clark
Liz is an executive coach and senior trainer with roots in elite sport and more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles. Liz’s areas of expertise lie in the development of personal excellence, leadership, resilience and life coaching.
Thriving on challenge, she is driven by a strong conviction that excellence, whether individual or realised through others, is based on the personal foundations of a growth mindset combined with courageous self-awareness and authenticity.

Dr. Odette Beris
Dr Odette Beris is an experienced chartered psychologist with a background as a coach, offering personality profiling for selection and development purposes.
Odette’s business experience is diverse, but there is a common thread to her various roles whether that was working as an organisational psychologist at the BBC, or as an independent business psychologist working in the public and private sectors. Her focus is always on improving individual performance and well-being within the workplace.
Most recently, Odette worked as a senior researcher for the UK government, having completed a PhD looking at how emotion and risk perception drives organisational security behaviour.

James Kirk
James is an actor and communication skills coach. He has performed as an Actor, Voice over Artist and Presenter, with companies such as ITV, TomTom, Playstation, Theatre Royal Stratford, Cambridge University Press and Channel 4.
He recognises that the challenges he faces daily as an actor such as making a good first impression, networking, overcoming nerves, managing rejection, dealing with improvisation, presenting to an audience, are common difficulties we often experience at some point whether professionally or personally.

Justin Tipper
Justin is an experienced leadership and management trainer and coach. Karl Bovenizer

Richard Nanton
Richard is an experienced executive coach, crisis communications expert and airline pilot, who has held a range of senior positions in the aviation industry for more than 30 years.
In his various roles as both pilot and member of executive leadership teams he has conducted coaching for individuals on leadership and change management and the development of high-performing teams. He also led a re-engagement project with pilots following the first pilot strike in the UK for 40 years in 2017.
