Richard Reid

Founder & Head of Clinical Services

With more than two decades of high-level experience in the corporate world, Richard brings to his coaching practice a unique perspective and drive to succeed. He has the ability to help his clients dive deep, as required, and to shift between narrow and wide focus depending on the context and goals.

In his own words, Richard is “on a mission to make you better.” He emphasizes working collaboratively with his clients to achieve the results they aspire to. His pragmatic, integrative coaching style has generated incredible results for those seeking support in areas such as developing resilience, boosting presence or charisma, and navigating organizational development.

Over the course of his career, Richard spent nine years as a senior consultant in the IT sector, including two years heading a team at Booz Allen Hamilton. He has also spent 15 years as CEO of his own company, which has offered him a deep understanding of the challenges that corporate leaders face. He has worked in a coaching capacity for many years, supporting executives in organizations such as Cisco, Sophos, Cap Gemini, and Novartis.

Alastair Duns

Alistair is a learning and development consultant and a former professional yachtsman, with over a decade of building, coaching and leading race teams across the globe.

Alastair is able to bring academic theory to life with his compelling stories of leading and managing diverse teams in ultra-high-pressure situations.

With a degree in languages and a certified Human Factors trainer, Alastair is well placed to understand the many components which influence both human performance and culture.

Andre Persad

Andre is a maritime leadership and safety advocate. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in the maritime and shipping industry across various roles globally.

Andre coaches leaders on their approach, their style and their influence on the team. He helps them to see how even incremental improvements in their own leadership effectiveness can bring visible benefits for the individual and the organisation, leading to greater profitability, competitiveness and employee retention.

He has worked with some of the world’s largest shipowners, including Svitzer (part of the AP Moller-Maersk group) and P&O (part of the DP World group), to ensure that transporting goods by sea is effective, efficient and safe for customers and employees.

Caroline Ribeiro-Nelson

Caroline is an experienced psychotherapist, executive coach, consultant and trainer who has been working in the fields of mental health and wellbeing and employee assistance support for over 25 years.

She has extensive practice in executive management and has worked for corporate, public, and charitable organisations. She has a proven track record of working in partnership with businesses to identify, assess, create and deliver effective mental health and well-being development programmes, based on an alignment of meeting the needs of employers and employees.

Caroline holds advanced diplomas in existential psychotherapy, life coaching, mindfulness and a bachelor of social science in psychology and politics. She is trained in creative personal and professional development, intercultural business training and moderation and stress management.

Dr Jonathan Katz

Dr Jonathan Katz is a high-performance coach and consultant psychologist, whose experience includes a wide variety of senior advisory and coaching positions in high-performance sport and business environments.

He has been the UK psychology lead for the British Paralympic Association and its National Governing Body squads; as well as providing individual and team psychology support and coaching at Paralympic Games: World, European and Commonwealth Championships and World Cup tournaments.

Away from sport Jonathan has been a business coach and trainer to clinicians, project and senior management in corporate and NHS settings. He has also developed and delivered psychological wellbeing support programmes within corporate environments, performance and professional sport settings.

Dr. Liz Clark

Liz is an executive coach and senior trainer with roots in elite sport and more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership roles. Liz’s areas of expertise lie in the development of personal excellence, leadership, resilience and life coaching.

Thriving on challenge, she is driven by a strong conviction that excellence, whether individual or realised through others, is based on the personal foundations of a growth mindset combined with courageous self-awareness and authenticity.

Liz has been delivering one-to-one coaching together with highly successful group training and seminars since qualifying as a coach ten years ago. Her pragmatic, action-oriented coaching style enables individuals to achieve practical change and tangible results, and she tackles real-world challenges such as adaptation to management and leadership roles, career planning, interpersonal skills and thriving under pressure,

Outside work, running and yoga are two passions that continue to inspire and motivate Liz to ever greater personal challenges which now include ultra-distance running. She is still working on her headstand!

Dr. Odette Beris

Dr Odette Beris is an experienced chartered psychologist with a background as a coach, offering personality profiling for selection and development purposes.

Odette’s business experience is diverse, but there is a common thread to her various roles whether that was working as an organisational psychologist at the BBC, or as an independent business psychologist working in the public and private sectors. Her focus is always on improving individual performance and well-being within the workplace.

Most recently, Odette worked as a senior researcher for the UK government, having completed a PhD looking at how emotion and risk perception drives organisational security behaviour.

James Kirk

James is an actor and communication skills coach. He has performed as an Actor, Voice over Artist and Presenter, with companies such as ITV, TomTom, Playstation, Theatre Royal Stratford, Cambridge University Press and Channel 4.

He recognises that the challenges he faces daily as an actor such as making a good first impression, networking, overcoming nerves, managing rejection, dealing with improvisation, presenting to an audience, are common difficulties we often experience at some point whether professionally or personally.

James now works consultatively with groups and individuals to develop interpersonal skills. He is one of the key instructors on our acclaimed Charisma Masterclass.

Joanne Bekis

Joanne is a change management consultant, who has worked in both the public sector, delivering government programmes, and commercial sector, delivering strategic change management projects.

She is an advocate of better ways of working and innovative transformational change and is passionate about people, a one-team ethos, building relationships, employee wellbeing and person-centred approaches in business.

She leads people transformation programmes that have a substantial and positive impact on business sustainability.

Justin Tipper

Justin Tipper

Justin is an experienced leadership and management trainer and coach. He holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Trainer Level), Lego® Serious Play ®, DiSC ®, Trait Emotional Intelligence, and Hypnosis (Instructor Level). He has acted as a psychological consultant to the Isle of Man government.

His 20+ years in business, working with clients in international and high net worth banking, fund management, ship management, e-gaming and the public sector gives a breadth of knowledge of corporate issues and processes.

He has worked in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Europe, the Baltic, and Far East. Justin’s approach is that every client or project is unique, and that people are endlessly resourceful, even in the face of adversity and problems.

Karl Bovenizer

Karl is a high performance coach who challenges his clients to set inspiring targets for themselves, for life and work. He then works to create a roadmap, plus the tools and resources to get them there. As an active listener whose questions challenge, he offers a deep sense of connection with his clients.

Karl works with people who are committed to their own change and brave enough to be really challenged on it, and want to live and work to their highest potential. Lucinda Shaw

Lucinda believes that by learning about ourselves we can transform how we think, feel, engage and operate, for the better.

With many years’ experience in the workplace, Lucinda’s focus is on enabling people to break free of everything that holds them back in order to achieve more for themselves and, in turn, their organisations. She works at the C-suite level and with middle-managers across the private, public and voluntary sectors, as well as individuals from a broad range of backgrounds.

As a coach, and an experienced and successful senior executive and team leader in organisations large and small, Lucinda is skilled at enabling a safe space where people can learn to be their best selves. Matthew Adam

Matthew is an experienced change-management consultant and systemic psychotherapist.

He supports teams by introducing systemic diagnostic skills that focus on patterns of communication and team-based interaction and relationships, helping them improve their capacity to work more effectively together.

He is also interested in helping teams and organisations develop reflective insight into existing workplace culture and to consider how to change if the culture does not match the organisation’s mission and vision.

Miriam Jayne Ferreira

As an organisational development and leadership expert, Miriam specialises in helping FTSE companies and global organisations to improve their performance, competency and market place positioning using business psychology and behavioural methodologies.

With an MSc in OD & Change Management, Miriam is skilled at providing guidance across the full HR lifecycle in order to solve problems, restore harmony and create resolution, engagement and improvement. She is passionate about transforming

Richard Nanton

Richard is an experienced executive coach, crisis communications expert and airline pilot, who has held a range of senior positions in the aviation industry for more than 30 years.

In his various roles as both pilot and member of executive leadership teams he has conducted coaching for individuals on leadership and change management and the development of high-performing teams. He also led a re-engagement project with pilots following the first pilot strike in the UK for 40 years in 2017.

Richard continues to work in the aviation industry, delivering technical, managerial and training consultancy to airlines.

Scott Johnston

Scott Johnston is an executive coach with a diverse background in legal services. Initially beginning his career as a barrister specialising in child protection, he moved into employment law in the public and private sectors.

Scott currently works as both an employment law consultant and a highly-regarded speaker, trainer and executive coach, with particular expertise in soft skills and emotional intelligence.
He also has a passion for debating, having been a champion at national and European level as well as a trainer and coach to world champions.
